Draw the map before you build the city
A platform plan everyone can align on β executives, IT and security
You know you need more than one chatbot. The Blueprint is the shared picture: what to build, in what order, with what permissions and what it will cost β before a single sprint starts.
The problem
Without a blueprint, every team builds their own AI silo. Security gaps multiply. Costs explode. Six months later, nobody can explain how it all fits together.
What we address
- Target architecture everyone can see and discuss
- Who owns what β platform, security, business units
- How agents connect to your systems safely
- Security boundaries that satisfy auditors
- How you will know AI is working β and when it is not
- Phased plan with realistic effort and milestones
Deliverables
- Platform Blueprint document
- Architecture diagrams and ADRs
- Security and governance design
- Phased implementation plan and effort estimate
- Executive summary for stakeholders
For whom
- β Companies committing budget to a production AI platform
- β Teams ready to move after an Architecture Review
- β Organisations aligning executives, IT and security on one plan
Most Blueprint engagements follow a Review β or build on existing architecture documentation.

Platform Blueprint
Design the full platform before you build
After an Architecture Review β or when you already know you need a platform β the Blueprint defines the target state: architecture, identity, connectors, security boundaries, observability, operating model and a phased implementation plan.
The problem
Teams often jump from prototype to implementation without a coherent platform design. The result is fragmented agents, inconsistent security and no path to operate at scale.
What we address
- Target platform architecture and control-plane design
- Identity, access and connector model (OIDC, MCP, webhooks)
- Tool governance, policy engine and approval flows
- Security boundaries, network segmentation and data classification
- Observability stack, eval harness and LLMOps pipelines
- Operating model, RACI and platform team responsibilities
- Roadmap, phases and phased effort estimate
Deliverables
- Platform Blueprint document
- Architecture diagrams and ADRs
- Security and governance design
- Phased implementation plan and effort estimate
- Executive summary for stakeholders
For whom
- / Enterprises committing to a production AI platform
- / Teams post-Architecture Review ready to design in depth
- / Organisations aligning platform, security and business stakeholders
Most Blueprint engagements follow a Review β or build on existing architecture documentation.
